The room was neat and updated, and I had WiFi and coffee. The hotel is in a particularly good location not far from New Haven and many restaurants, social places, and coffee shops. The staff were fabulously friendly and competent. The room at the hotel was clean and modern, and it was equipped with WiFi and complimentary coffee. The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to New Haven, numerous restaurants, social spots, and coffee shops. One of the standout aspects of the hotel was the incredibly friendly and capable staff.

The hotel is in a great area, close to the train station and Yale University. The location is beautiful, just a 10-15 minutes' walk from Chapel Street. I dined at the in-house restaurant, and it was near the venue.

Good small and beautifully decorated hotel with a magnificent view of the park. A lot of outstanding food for meals. Renovated building and rooms with bright decoration. Very helpful staff at all times. Central location, relatively close to a central square. Found in the historic area close to many amazing restaurants and Chapel Street and Crown Street.

The hotel had a great location, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and bars. The beautiful views from the 19th floor were a highlight, especially overlooking the New Haven Green and Yale. Additionally, the staff at the front desk were friendly and funny, making the check-in and check-out process a breeze.

One of the downsides of the hotel was the outdated rooms, which could use some updating. The small bathroom was also a negative aspect.
